- When booking, you are booking the your time slot for the bike tour. For the boat tour no pre-bookings are required. Boats depart every 30 to 60 minutes. You can join any boat tour up to 30h after your bike tour.

- Minimum age is 12 years old. All youths should be accompanied by an adult.
- Minimum height is 1.45m. We do not have children’s bike. All the bike tours are done with 28 inch bikes.
- You should be a confident rider on a bike to join this tour.
- 24h Free cancellation.
- We recommend wear according to the weather.
- We run all out tours rain or shine unless the guide considerrs it unsafe. We will not know until the starting time of the tour at the meeting point.
- We recommend bringing sun cream, sunglasses, waterproof clothes and water.
- On the bike tour we provide: experienced guide, 2 speed city bikes with coaster brake, helmets and rain poncho (if needed)
- We have a limited amount of reusable rain ponchos that will be hand out in a first come first serve basis. There will always be single used ponchos for purchase.
- The boat tour is run by our trusted partner company Sightseeing Ride and they provide an experienced guide in every tour.
